UK Assistance is the vehicle repair arm for Direct Line Group and they wanted to showcase the facilities at the centre and talk about the changes they are making to customer service. We had an initial meeting to discuss the story flow and then spent a full day on site capturing B roll, interviews and cutaway shots.
